Veranda Tirana serves Yzberisht, the urban body between Unaza e Madhe and Kashar, where the land of the former state agricultural enterprise is filling with three-to-five-storey blocks and ground-floor commercial units. The building pace here is still high — and with it grows the demand for shopfronts for new businesses and balcony railings produced in series for developers.
Beside the construction sites remain the area's first houses with large yards: for them we build simple verandas linking the home to the surviving orchards. Two completely different markets in the same quarter — and we know both.
The shopfronts of the new ground floors
Every new Yzberisht block is born with ground-floor units: markets, cafés, pharmacies, services. A shopfront in 10 mm tempered glass with a hinged or automatic door is what turns passers-by into customers. We work directly with the developer on the structural spans, or with the tenant on post-handover fitting — with prices from 120 €/m².
Serial railings for developers
A five-storey block has 20–40 balconies of the same size. Our workshop production with unified measurements lowers the unit cost, and floor-by-floor installation follows the site rhythm. Every unit is delivered with a written warranty and certified-glass documentation — paperwork that also helps the developer sell the apartments.
The old houses with the orchard
The owners of Yzberisht's first houses have yards with inherited fig trees, olives and vine pergolas. A veranda with bronze or green aluminium frames sits between the house and the trees without touching a single branch: open in summer, closed and dry in winter. The structure needs no foundations — it anchors to the existing wall.
