Veranda Tirana builds office glass partitions for companies, professional studios and contractors in Tirana and Durrës. Glass walls bring natural light deep into the open space, keep meeting rooms acoustically private and project a modern image — the standard of new offices in the centre and in Astir's new towers.
We work with modular aluminium systems with 10–12 mm tempered glass or double glazing with integrated blinds, with hinged or sliding doors. Installation happens without masonry work and without interrupting operations: most offices are delivered over the weekend.

How much glass partitions cost
Prices are 100–180 €/m²: aluminium-framed systems start at 100–130 €/m², full-glass 140–160 €/m², acoustic double glazing 160–180 €/m². A 60 m² office with two partitions and one door typically costs 1,800–3,500 €. For contractors and tender winners we prepare site quotations with volume discounts.
Installation without stopping work
We understand an office cannot stop: measurement happens after hours, production in the workshop, and installation is scheduled in the evening or at the weekend. No concrete dust — the systems are mechanically fixed and the glass arrives pre-cut. Handover includes full cleaning and the safety-glass certificate for the building's documentation.
