Veranda Tirana designs and installs glass walls for shops, cafés, restaurants, venues and commercial façades in Tirana and Durrës. We build fixed shopfronts with 10–12 mm tempered glass, façades with aluminium profiles, hinged or automatic glass doors, and combinations with glass canopies over the entrance. Every project is engineered for the structural spans and wind conditions, especially for the exposed façades of Durrës and the Unaza.

How much a glass wall costs
Prices are 120–200 €/m²: fixed shopfronts with slim profiles start at 120–150 €/m², full-opening systems 160–200 €/m²; low-iron glass and non-standard formats add +15–25%. A 5×3 m shopfront typically costs 2,000–3,200 € including doors. For chains and multi-site projects we offer site pricing.
Safety and maintenance
Tempered glass resists impact and, if broken, crumbles without sharp edges; for street-level façades we recommend laminated glass, which stays in place even when broken and does not leave the venue open. Hardware is 304 or 316 stainless steel (for areas near the sea), with simple maintenance: periodic cleaning and annual lubrication of mechanisms, also available as a maintenance contract.
