Veranda Tirana was born from a simple observation: the Albanian glazing market works on personal connections, word of mouth and prices revealed only at the end. Anyone living abroad who wants to renovate the family home or the investment apartment has no way to compare offers. We built our service to end this.
We are a small team focused only on architectural glass: designers, glass cutters, specialised installers and site coordinators who have worked for years in the buildings of Tirana and Durrës — from the 1970s blocks to the Astir towers, from the Sauk villas to the seafront hotels. Client communication happens in Albanian, Italian and English.
How we work differently
- Public prices: the full table on the Prices page — in Albania this is rare and we know it.
- Fixed quote: after the survey, the quote is itemised line by line and does not change without your written approval.
- Photo/video reports: at every stage on WhatsApp — our standard for every client, essential for the diaspora.
- Instalment payments: never 100% upfront; you pay for work done and documented.
- Written warranty: on installation, profiles and hardware after handover.
Why only architectural glass
Specialisation has a practical reason: large glazing is a technical material — its correct behaviour depends on the cutting, the fixing on the structure, the safety on the type chosen. Who does "everything" rarely does everything well. By working only with verandas, railings and large glazed surfaces, our team has seen every situation Tirana offers: from prefab concrete balconies to the rooftops of the new towers. This translates into more accurate quotes, fewer surprises and faster installation.
For clients outside Albania
A significant part of our clients lives in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the UK. For them we have standardised the remote process: survey coordinated with the administrator or family, quote in your language, regular photo/video reports, documented bank transfer payments and handover by video call. We speak Italian and English fluently — communication is not a barrier.
