In Albania almost no glazing website publishes prices — the customer is forced to call and wait for an appointment. We changed this rule: below you find the full table with our indicative Tirana ranges for 2026, divided by service.
All prices are indicative and include material, hardware and installation, with certified tempered or laminated glass. The final fixed quote is given only after the free survey — and after signing it does not change.

What determines the final price
The glass type. Tempered 8–12 mm, laminated 6+6 or 8+8, extra-clear low-iron, solar control — every choice changes the price per m². In the quote you see all variants with the price difference next to them, so you decide where it is worth investing.
The mounting system. The aluminium channel is the most economical; 316 stainless spigots and point fixings cost more but give the frameless look. The supporting structure — concrete, wood or metal — is verified at the survey.
Logistics. High floor without a lift, strong wind in a tower, façade near the sea in Durrës — we see these at the survey and include them in the quote from the start. That is why the final price comes only after the survey: not to hide costs, but to calculate them correctly.
